Monika started her legal career in 2005 in Guildford within a small family law firm where she trained in family law, criminal law, probate and conveyancing. She qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2013. She obtained her dual qualification as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2021. Monika also studied Medicine and Social Sciences at the Open University and holds an international diploma in English Language from the University of Cambridge. Monika heads up the property and wills/LPAs department.

Monika’s broad range of experience and extensive knowledge allows her to offer her clients the best and most efficient service whilst maintaining friendly and professional approach.
In her spare time, Monika enjoys spending time with her husband and her 3 children and a pug.

Madeleine joined Monika Hill Legal Services in July 2024 as a Paralegal. She is currently in the final year of her law degree and plans to qualify as a solicitor or chartered legal executive following her graduation. Madeleine is committed to developing her legal career and contributing to MHLS’s continued success and she looks forward to training with the firm next year once she has obtained her LLB.

She has a strong passion for both Land Law and Public Law and is combining her enthusiasm for both areas by undertaking extended research this coming year on the laws of Adverse Possession and Squatters rights underneath the supervision of the head of Land Law at her University.

In her spare time, when she isn't studying or working, Madeleine is involved with the theatre, and often appears on-stage acting, or off-stage directing.

Jessica joined the firm in July 2024 having never worked in a law firm previously.

Jessica studied Law at College and knew that she wanted to pursue a career in law but decided against the 'traditional route' of attending University. Since joining the firm, Jessica has discovered a passion for conveyancing law in particular and has learned of the different routes available to qualify as a Lawyer. Jessica is currently working towards her level 4 CLC Diploma, once she has passed all of her exams, she will continue her studies and work towards obtaining her level 6 CLC Diploma. Jessica hopes to qualify as a Licensed Conveyancer in the near future and continue working at Monika Hill Legal Services, further expanding her knowledge and experience.

As a paralegal, Jessica's role includes assisting Monika with fee earning matters, performing administration tasks, drafting legal documents and more.

As well as studying in her spare time, Jessica enjoys walking her dog and spending time with friends and family.

Paul joined his wife Monika at the firm in 2022 shortly after the launch of the firm offering Conveyancing Services.

He brings a wealth of experience from 18 years in the Insurance market and running several businesses, his full focus is now on supporting Monika in making the firm as successful as possible.

Outside of work all his spare time is spent with his wife, 3 children and a dog and for his sins Manchester United and Dorking Wanderers FC!!

Isobelle joined Monika Hill Legal Services after graduating from the University of Surrey in 2024 with an LLB (Hons), achieving a 2:1. She is currently completing her masters (LLM) in Legal Practice and working towards qualifying as a solicitor through the SQE route.

During her degree, Isobelle focused on Land Law, particularly ownership disputes, and Medical Negligence. She continues to build on this foundation within the firm by learning from her experienced colleagues and is committed to finding solutions to intricate legal matters. Isobelle enjoys working closely with clients and contributing to the firm's supportive, client-focused environment.

Outside of work and studying, Isobelle enjoys running, yoga and spending time outdoors.
